Fiesta Blinds and Fabrics Ltd. offer full assurance that we are continuing to do business as normal throughout any of the remaining restrictions. Our Production teams have worked under the guidelines as set out by the government and will continue to follow these for the foreseeable future.
The majority of our orders are produced and fitted within the approximate time frame provided to you at the point of placing your order, however, we are still experiencing sporadic stock and delivery issues which may impact the progression of an order. These issues can stem from the primary supply of raw materials and components in addition to potential delays in fitting, where staffing levels may be impacted by isolation/ shielding periods as set out by the government.
These issues are no doubt a direct result of the pandemic which continues to affect us all at both industry and home. In spite of this, we are doing our best to minimise the effects on our customers and to make sure that all orders are fulfilled within the usual time frames.
Where are your blinds manufactured?
We are our proud to be a local supplier of blinds throughout the region and the majority of our blinds are made by our dedicated workforce on-site in our production suite at 1 Springrowth Business Park, L’Derry, Northern Ireland, BT48 0LY.
We use both cutting edge technology and proven traditional mechanics and components when making all of our products that are then installed by our friendly local team of fitters.
Do you offer Motorised Blinds?
We are able to motorise a variety of blinds including rollers, Senses Mirage, wooden venetian, fauxwood venetian, aluminium venetian and Velux. This can be done at an additional premium which will be outlined in your quotation. Motorised blinds can be operated using the latest technology and controlled through the Powershade hub on your smartphone.
Can I get samples?
Sample deliveries are available direct from our supplier upon request at www.thefabricbox.co.uk, www.stylestudio.co.uk and www.louvolite.com/samples. Sample requests from our suppliers are Free of Charge.
Our Sales Representative will bring a sample collection to your appointment; however, these are property of the company and are not available as disposable stock.
Payments/Payment methods
There are a number of payment options available to cover the cost of your order: We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, BACS transfer (details upon request) or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Fiesta Blinds and Fabrics Ltd.
VAT Invoices
VAT invoices can be requested directly from our Sales Teams at our office at: 1 Springrowth Business Park, Springtown Industrial Estate, L'Derry, BT48 OLY - 028 71262605.
Can you provide me with a quotation without having measured my windows?
We will be happy to provide you with an estimate of cost if you have taken measurements of your windows yourself, or alternatively you can make an appointment with our Sales Representative who will measure for you according to your expressed choice of blinds. During your appointment you will be able to view a condensed selection of our stock and upon making your choice, you will receive a quotation either on site or over the phone, which will be valid for 30 days.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order couldn’t be easier- following your measuring appointment or upon receipt of your own measurements, fabric/colour choices and any special requests, an order can be placed over the phone, by email or in our Sales Office at 1 Springrowth Business Park, L’Derry. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total order is required to place your order, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of fitting.
How long will it be before I get my blinds?
The fulfilment of your order will depend on the selection of blinds you choose. Vertical Blinds, Roller Blinds and some variations of Venetian Blinds are usually ready to be fitted approximately two weeks after the order is placed. This is subject to stock availability and delivery of raw materials.
Can I get an update on my order?
If you would like an update on your order, you can contact our head office on 028 71262605 and one of our team will be able to advise you on its status, or obtain an update for you where the product is procured from a third-party partner of Fiesta Blinds and Fabrics Ltd.
Fitting of Blinds
The installation of your blinds depends on the selection/combination of blinds you choose. We endeavour to install your blinds approximately two weeks after your order date. This is an estimate and depends on the delivery of raw materials and components from our suppliers also. Our team will call to arrange the fitting of your blinds once we know they are manufactured and have gone through Quality Control and are completed to the highest standard. At this point, you will have an opportunity to inform us of any special instructions regarding access to the property.
Out of stock/Discontinued Materials
Whilst we do our best to indicate the availability of goods, occasionally when the order is placed the supplier may inform us those materials are out of stock or discontinued. If this is the case, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity of any changes this makes to the expected fulfilment date of your order. In the unlikely event that your selection is discontinued, we would encourage you to have a contingency selection in mind so that the alternative selection can be processed as soon as possible
Reporting Faults or Damage
We pride ourselves in the quality of all of our goods and take great care in handling all products during the manufacturing, quality control and installation process, however, accidents can and do happen, so let us ask for your patience in allowing us make things right if things don’t go according to plan.
If you notice a fault or damage with any part of your order, please make a member of staff aware at the earliest opportunity. You can call our office on 02871262605, or email us at info@fiestablindsandfabrics.com and where possible, we would ask that you include an image so that we may be better able to assess the level of repair that may be required.
We want you to be 100% happy with your order so we will take all possible measures to make sure that you are completely satisfied.
Do your blinds have a warranty?
Yes, all of our blinds come with a 12-month warranty. In the unlikely event that an issue should arise with any of our products during this time frame we will be happy to repair or, if necessary, replace a blind if a repair cannot be completed. Santa Fe Shutters come with a 5-year guarantee from the manufacturer. All warranties begin on the day of the fitting of your blinds.
Can I amend my order/ change my mind after I have placed my order?
Every order is bespoke and made to your specific requirement. In addition to this we endeavour to have your blinds with you as soon as possible which means they go into production at the earliest opportunity. For this reason, we would ask that you review your choices and specify any special requirements before confirming your order.
Cancelling an order
Fiesta Blinds and Fabrics Ltd. does not offer any right of cancellation as all orders are custom-made and made-to-measure. Cancellation by the customer may only be made in unlikely event that an order cannot be fulfilled by the company, and the terms will be offered once all other production alternatives are exhausted.
